About Herberg de Compagnie
We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent chef to join our kitchen team
strengthen. In this role, you’ll manage your own desk independently and contribute ideas on our
seasonal menu and ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen is just right. From lunch to dinner,
in the heart of Enkhuizen.
What will you do?
Preparing dishes independently from our changing seasonal menu, for both lunch
for dinner.
- Working with high-quality products, including dry-aged meat and an extensive
vegetarian options. - Contributing ideas for new dishes and the seasonal menu.
- Mise-en-place, orders and stock management for your post.
- Monitoring quality, hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
- Supervising trainee chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Work closely with the waiting staff to ensure that service runs smoothly.
