Head of Service (20+) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the point of contact on the shop floor and will ensure our guests have an excellent experience every day. The ideal job alongside your studies 🌟
What will you do?
- Managing, coaching and motivating the front-of-house team under the leadership of our manager.
- Ensuring an optimal guest experience and excellent service.
- Inducting and mentoring new staff.
- Monitoring quality, hygiene and compliance with operational procedures.
- Contributing to a positive working atmosphere.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Wrapping things up properly.
Who are you?
- You have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- You are welcoming, presentable and have excellent communication skills.
- You’re good at keeping track of things and think in terms of solutions.
- You are flexible in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- You know how to inspire a team and bring out the best in people.
